Emails

In this tab (Hotelier > Settings > Emails) you can configure the email settings of WP Hotelier.

There are 6 type of notifications available in Easy WP Hotelier:

  • New Reservation
  • Request Received
  • Confirmed Reservation
  • Guest Invoice
  • Cancelled Reservation
  • Guest Cancelled Reservation

For more advanced control, copy the  hotelier/templates/emails/ folder to yourchildtheme/hotelier/emails/.

Email Options

This controls the emails settings: the admin email address that should receive a notification, the email header and footer.

Reservation Notification Emails 
Enter the email address(es) (comma separated) that should receive a notification anytime a reservation is made.

"From" Name 
The name for the sender.

"From" Email Address 
The email address for the sender.

Email Type 
Choose which format of email to send:

  • Plain text
  • HTML
  • Multipart

Email Logo 
Choose a logo to be displayed at the top of the emails. Displayed on HTML emails only.

Email Footer Text 
The text to appear in the footer of the emails.

New Reservation

New reservation emails are sent to the admin when a reservation (or a booking request in  manual mode) is made.

Enable/Disable 
With this option you can enable or disable this email notification.

Email Subject 
This controls the email subject line.

Email Heading 
This controls the main heading contained within the email notification.

Request Received

Request received emails are sent to guests when they request a booking ( manual booking mode only).

Enable/Disable 
With this option you can enable or disable this email notification.

Email Subject 
This controls the email subject line.

Email Heading 
This controls the main heading contained within the email notification.

Confirmed Reservation

Reservation confirmed emails are sent to guests when their reservations are marked confirmed. By admin ( manual booking mode) or automatically (after payment if required or immediately in instant booking mode).

Enable/Disable 
With this option you can enable or disable this email notification.

Email Subject 
This controls the email subject line.

Email Heading 
This controls the main heading contained within the email notification.

Guest Invoice

Guest invoice emails can be sent to guests containing their reservation information and payment links. Use these emails when you (the admin) create a reservation manually that requires a payment (deposit). Or when the booking mode is set to  manual and deposit is required before to confirm the reservation.

Enable/Disable 
With this option you can enable or disable this email notification.

Email Subject 
This controls the email subject line.

Email Heading 
This controls the main heading contained within the email notification.

Cancelled Reservation

Cancelled reservation emails are sent to the admin when reservations have been marked cancelled (if they were previously pending or on-hold).

Enable/Disable 
With this option you can enable or disable this email notification.

Email Subject 
This controls the email subject line.

Email Heading 
This controls the main heading contained within the email notification.

Guest Cancelled Reservation

Guest cancelled reservation emails are sent to guests when reservations have been marked cancelled. You can use these emails to inform your guests that their reservation request has been cancelled.

Enable/Disable 
With this option you can enable or disable this email notification.

Email Subject 
This controls the email subject line.

Email Heading 
This controls the main heading contained within the email notification.
